Bricks & More LLC is a partnership with Jef Viaene, owner of Immovia NV (Geel, Belgium) with 15 years of experience and Denis Clijsters. The focus of Bricks & More LLC is to invest in US real estate, focused on middle class housing and redevelopment of often depressed areas. In the US we are actively involved in Pocatello Old Town community where we own and operate a community mall and we have nearly 70 rental units which are undergoing renovations.

Work Experience
Machineparty is the twitter-for-industry revolutionizing procurement and b2b financing. The Machineparty platform is a paradigm shift for industry and moves towards buyer-led and transparent market places and algorithmic funding of transactions. Started in the US with a satellite office in Delhi, India. Machineparty is currently in hibernation and re-positioning after we’ve burned our initial USD 370K of funding.
With 30 team members in our Hyderabad office and projects ranging from BPO, finance, IT and small scale real estate, there was always enough stuff on our hands.
A summer work internship in collaboration with the University of Antwerp (UA) and the Goa Institute of Management (GIM). The main purpose of this project was to perform research for the State Bank of India (SBI): drafting a survey, interviewing SBI customers and analyzing the survey results, presentation of survey results to local management team of SBI in Goa. For this project, we worked closely together with 4 other Indian students of the Goa Institute of management.
Advising on the existing real estate portfolio, sales processes and short term apartment rental b2b business as well as exploring international expansion possibilities towards the US.
Recently, the institute has changed its name to Institute for Philosophical and Social Education (IFESE vzw). We’ve translated books from English to Dutch, organized (summer) seminars on Economics, Politics, Law and Ethics at the Universities of Antwerp, Ghent and Leuven in Belgium. My current work has been reduced after having left Belgium.
